Here are 3 charts that I use to keep track of my 7-day, 31-day and 92-day rolling mileage. Can you tell when I got hurt? It's painful just to look at them. Time to start re-building.
RR, does that mean you don't understand my graphs. They're simply rolling totals. The first one represents a week - run for 7 days and that's your first data point. On the 8th day you add those miles and subtract out the 1st days miles - that's your second data point.
Do the same with 31 days of miles and 92 days of miles and you have the next 2 graphs.
Hey Zeke, I have added you as a Chicago Bound 06 person. Hope the injury is better. Good luck in building things back up. Seems to be with your base it should not be to tough.
