COURSE RECORD

Just a quick update to say I ran my best time for this course; 29:14. Felt great. Nice day. More to come later - gotta go sliding with my girls.

    Thanks guys. Just to clarify, I was only talking about this particular course, not an all-time PR. I ran 28-flat in a college x-c meet.
