It’s a private sale network that will give you access to insider pricing from an amazing group of outdoor brands. If you climb, hike, run, ride, paddle or ski, you’re gonna love this. Here’s how it works: you accept this invite and The Clymb will hook you up with deep discounts, usually 50-70% off retail, on gear from a different leading brand each week. Each brand’s product is available for 3 days only or until it’s sold out. Membership is free and by invite only.I totally love the idea of this site, but I’ll be honest, I haven’t ordered anything from it yet. My problem is that unless it’s running or skiing stuff, I’m not really much of a gear guy. If you’re into hiking, rock climbing, camping, and such, this is the site for you. In the last month they’ve done exactly what they’ve said they’d do, which is offer over 50% off of name brand outdoor products. I’ve seen Merino wool sweaters, winter jackets, backpacks, sunglasses, ski goggles, and helmets so far.
If you fancy yourself an Outdoor Person and you’re into this kind stuff, be sure to check out their site; here’s an invitation.
Just to be honest, the email also stated;
Additionally if you like what we are doing you can invite friends and receive $10 off a future purchase for each friend that signs up and purchases something.That’s nice, but it's not a big deal to me. I just know there are a bunch of people out there that like their gear and they might find this site right up their alley.
Quote of the Day;
“Ignore, when, whether you are tall and thin or short and stocky – whether they laughed at you at home or at school. Indeed – to hell with the lot of them if you ‘feel’ you can do it.” – Percy Cerutty

THE CLYMB SUCKS!!! They spam you with crappy deals. As stated by others, the shipping is high. I see them as a spin off company trying to do something that has been done a hundred times already and has already been done in a style that is way better. No originality, offering nothing new or unique, just distracting quality clients from other local stores and higher quality websites.
The Clymb is fine, not outrageous shipping and the deals are good, not quite as advertised, but its good stuff at an even better price.
I have to agree with the first anonymous reply. The clymb does suck. Don't buy anything that you need for say a gift or trip. Their processing and shipping is far and away the slowest of any site I've used since the invention of Internet purchasing.
The site and correspondences are rife with links that don't work.
The costumer service could generously be described as apathetic.
I've made 8 purchases since 2009 and 6 of those have been; wrong item, shipped to wrong address or most commonly a problem with the manufacturer shipping stuff to them.
To summarize, it's just not worth it
I have also bought stuff through this website the items are great and well priced. Shipping takes a little longer than most retail shops but if you don't need anything ASAP they are great. All top quality items. Shipping costs are one price for your whole order of $7.98 not bad I think. I think it is a great sight. For Ski gear and other items.

I ordered an item for my son on Nov 11. Still waiting to receive.
This company markets different products on a daily basis.Takes your creidt card # then places order with manufacturer in batches.
They carry no inventory. When the orders are delayed the systems falls apart. I would rather pay full retail or a discount from another website than deal with the don't really care.
Same frustration here - placed an order 11/29, on Dec. 14 got email apologizing to all customers, they'd moved to a new warehouse but would make sure Christmas deliveries happened. I have been calling and emailing for the past week but have yet to receive a reply. I agree that whatever the discount it's not worth it given this company apparently has NO customer service or regard for its customers. I would never deal with The Clymb again. Wouldn't be surprised to find out they aren't responding because they're out of business.
