But really how many people practice mental training? And I always find it interesting that given the importance of mental training, we can only find an article on the topic in <I>Runners World</I> or <I>Running Times</I> every other year or so.<BR/><BR/>Gregg, yeah it's early, but if I get to bed at 9, that's still over 7 hours of sleep.
